How do I listen to the audio clips on your website?

Simply click on the speaker icon next to the track. You will need a media player to here the tracks.

How do I know what’s in stock?

All products that are available to buy on the website are in stock. All other products will have the No Stock symbol next to them. You can alter the website to your preferences at the top of each page by clicking the "in stock only" and "all items" icons.

How often is the website updated?

The websites stock is in real time so movements are updated every second.
New products are updated to the web site every day

If a record is out of stock can it be ordered?

Anything out of stock has a request stock button, click this button to alert a member of the Hard Beat Store team that you are after this product. We will Endeavour to order this product from our suppliers the following week.

What’s Pre Sale Records?

Pre Sale records are tracks that are to be released in the future but you can buy them now. You can add them to your shopping cart and you will be charged for them up front. They are then shipped straight out to you on the day of release. All pre sale tracks are shipped individually and a separate (reduced) postage charge is applicable here. We cannot ship more than one pre sale track together.

How can I avoid getting promo copies of records?

All records that are promos on the website are listed as promos. Some promo copies of records are supplied with a full colour sleeve but are listed as such, white label full releases are also listed as such

What is a CVV number?

The CVV number is the security number on the back of a debit or credit card. It situated on the signature strip and is the last three digits.

What is an Issue Number?

If you are using a Switch or Solo card, the issue number is displayed on the font.

Why I have I been asked for further details after placing my order?

Due to all our transactions being handled by a different company we are sometimes asked to email clients to acquire further details. If a transaction has been flagged up as a warning or caution you will need to provide us with some basic information. This is simply to avoid internet fraud

How do I know my order has been accepted?

As we take the money from your account the moment you make the order you will know there and then if your order had has been accepted. If your order has declined you will be told.

All countries within the EU are subject to VAT: UK, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary , Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, Bulgaria, Romania.
Countries outside the EU do not pay any VAT. VAT is charged 15.00%

Is my card charged as I order?

Yes money is taken from your card as you complete your order
